Youth Camp in the Borough of Glassboro shall be governed by New Jersey Youth Camp Safety Act, N.J.A.C. 8:25-1.1 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 26:12-1 et seq.

§ 490-44 Violations and penalties.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

Each violation of the New Jersey Youth Camp Safety Act shall be deemed a separate offense, and each violation shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
