Pursuant to Subdivision 11 of § 1660
of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, the Town Board of the Town of Greenfield
hereby directs and orders that all Town roads will be temporarily
closed to any and all vehicles having a gross weight of over four
tons.

Such temporary restrictions will become effective
when notices are posted on the highways and public notice is given
by the Town Clerk, and shall continue until such time as conditions
will permit opening.
Any person or persons violating this article
shall be subject to punishment as provided in § 1800 of
the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

The period between November 1 and April 15 of
the following calendar year shall be known as and designated as the
"snow removal period."
During said snow removal period, there shall
be no parking or standing of motor vehicles of any kind or nature
upon any public highway in the Town of Greenfield, Saratoga County,
New York.

In addition to any penalty contained in any
other provision of the law, any person who shall violate any provisions
of this article shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punishable
by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100.
