Upon application for a wind energy facility permit, the applicant
shall pay a permit fee equal to $500 per megawatt of proposed nameplate
capacity of a project. Upon application for a small wind energy facility
permit or wind measurement tower permit, the applicant shall pay a
permit fee of $100. This permit fee shall be used to offset any internal
costs the Town may incur in administering a permit and shall be in
addition to any application fee or other fees or host community payments
required of the applicant. The applicant shall pay for reasonable
attorneys' and engineering fees generated by the Town associated with
this application.

Permit fees shall be used to offset any internal costs the Town
may incur in administering a permit and shall be in addition to any
application fee or other fees or host community payments required
of the applicant.
A. Special use permit fees for all solar energy systems and facilities
are due at the time of application.
B. Roof-mounted solar energy system special use permit fee schedule.

Energy production (off-site use) - $100 base fee plus $500 per
megawatt.
C. Ground-mounted solar energy systems and facilities special use permit
Fee Schedule.
(3)
Level III - $1,000 base fee plus $1,000 per megawatt.
D. The applicant shall pay for reasonable attorneys' fees, engineering
fees and other costs generated by the Town associated with this application.
All fees including, but not limited to, advertising, application review,
engineering, legal and consulting, will be billed to the applicant
and must be paid within 30 days of receipt.
