B. 
The license fee for all contractors and/or subcontractors performing industrial and/or commercial work in the Borough of West Conshohocken shall be listed in the Borough's adopted fee schedule which may be amended from time to time by resolution.

D. 
In addition, all contractors and/or subcontractors, prior to performing any work within the Borough of West Conshohocken, must present a certification of insurability along with the application for a license fee. The amount of certification of insurability shall be a minimum of $500,000 for all residential contractors and/or subcontractors, and the amount for all commercial and/or industrial contractors or subcontractors shall be determined by the cost of each project to be undertaken.
