It shall be unlawful for any person to locate, place or have situated
a boat of any kind on any of that part of the Town's land, including Greenlake
Beach, which abuts on Slack's Reservoir.

Except as otherwise provided herein, any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 145-1 above shall be punished by the payment of a fine in the amount of $100.
