The Building Inspector, Assistant Building Inspectors and the Fire Inspectors
are hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the laws and ordinances of
the Town of Hamburg and are further authorized to issue appearance tickets
pursuant to § 150.20 of the Criminal Procedure Law.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary
of State and Department of Audit and Control.
