A.
Any violation of this chapter may be declared an offense
and, upon conviction of a first offense hereunder, a person shall be subject
to a criminal fine of not less than $50 or more than $250 or imprisonment
for not more than 10 days, or both. Upon a second conviction hereunder, the
penalty shall be a criminal fine of not less than $100 or more than $250 or
imprisonment for not more than 10 days, or both.
B.
Each day (a twenty-four-hour period) shall constitute
a separate offense.
