No food or refreshments of any kind shall be sold except from the rest house or other building owned by the town.

No vehicle of any kind or description shall be allowed to park or be permitted to stand on any portion of the Town Park areas other than those areas specifically designated for parking.
No wine, beer or alcoholic or spirituous liquors of any kind shall be sold or used at any time within the Park.
Heavy vehicles or heavy-laden vehicles, except such as may be used in the Park service, are prohibited from passing over the driveways in the Park, and no person shall ride or drive any vehicle upon any portion of the Park or its driveways in a reckless or careless manner or at a rate of speed exceeding 15 miles per hour.
No person shall have or give any musical, theatrical or other entertainment, nor shall any parade, procession, public gathering or meeting of any kind take place in the Park or in any building on the same, nor shall any person solicit fares or beg or publicly solicit subscriptions or make any oration, harangue, demonstration or address within the limits of the Park, unless special permission therefor shall be obtained from the Town Board, or its duly authorized agent or employee.
No person shall suffer to remain in or upon the Park any goods, merchandise or other articles in the nature of an obstruction to the free use and enjoyment of said Park; nor shall any person place any straw, dirt, papers, garbage or other rubbish in or upon the same, nor place any sign, bulletin board or advertising device of any kind whatsoever in the Park or upon any building, fence, tree or other structure therein.
No person shall remove, destroy, break, injure, mutilate or deface in any way any structure, monument, statue, fountain, wall, fence, railing, vehicle, bench, tree, shrub, plant, flower or other property in or belonging to said Park.

No dogs, cats, horses or other pets will be permitted within the Park.
No game of chance of any kind whatever will be permitted within the Park.
The use of air guns, firearms, fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes or explosives of any kind within the Park is prohibited, unless special written permit therefor shall be given by the Town Board, or its duly authorized agent or employee.
Loud, boisterous, threatening or abusive, insulting or indecent language or disorderly conduct or behavior or any act tending to a breach of the public peace is prohibited.
No person shall dress or undress or make any similar preparations for bathing within the Park, except within the locker room or other quarters furnished for that purpose by the town, or its duly authorized agent or employee.
No sand, gravel, stone or dirt shall be removed from the beach or the uplands of the Park.
No person shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any reasonable order of a peace officer engaged in the discharge of his duty.
Any violation of any of the provisions of this article shall constitute an offense[1] and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $50.

This article shall be known as "the local law providing use and boat permits at the Hamburg Town Park."
This article is adopted for the purpose of promoting the health, safety and welfare of the community, and in furtherance of the following related and more specific objectives:
A. 
To promote the control and regulation of traffic at the Town Park.
No motor vehicle shall enter the Town Park at Hamburg-on-the-Lake unless the motor vehicle displays a valid use permit issued by the Town of Hamburg, except vehicles of maintenance men, delivery men and all other vehicles serving the town, its agents or lessees on the premises of the Town Park at Hamburg-on-the-Lake.

Residents of the Town of Hamburg may obtain use permits at a fee to be determined from time to time by resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg at a public meeting. Permits may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk at the Hamburg Town Hall, 6100 South Park Avenue, Hamburg New York and the Town Fitness Center, located at the Hamburg Town Park. Such permits shall be issued to and used by the residents of Hamburg only. Only grantees of the Locksley Park Company shall be exempt from paying the use permit fee.
A. 
Use permits are valid only when displayed on the rear of the motor vehicle, or wherever possible, as a preferential location, on the rear bumper of said motor vehicle or such other place authorized by the Town Receiver of Taxes and Assessments. The license registration number of each vehicle shall be legibly written on said permit.
B. 
The permit shall be valid only for the calendar year issued.

A. 
The driver of said motor vehicle entering said park without displaying a valid use permit shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a minimum fine of $50 and a maximum not to exceed $150.
B. 
Such violation for jurisdictional purposes only shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and for such purposes only all provisions of law relating to misdemeanors shall apply to such offense.
No motor vehicle shall enter the boat launching area of the Town Park at Hamburg-on-the-Lake unless the motor vehicle displays a valid boat permit issued by the Town of Hamburg.

Permits may be obtained at the Town Fitness Center, located at the Hamburg Town Park. Such permits shall be issued to and used by the residents of Hamburg only.
