Pursuant to Chapter 293 of the Laws of 1997,
the Town Board of Hamburg, New York, hereby adopts the following article:

Section 581, Subdivision 1, Paragraph (a) of
the Real Property Tax Law and § 339-y of the Real Property
Law shall not apply to converted condominium units.

This article shall take effect immediately after
proper filing, including with the Department of State.
