The title of this chapter shall be "Vandalism and Theft Traffic Control
Devices."
This chapter is adopted for the purpose of preventing destruction, theft
and disfigurement of traffic control devices in the Town of Hamburg.
Any violation of this chapter shall be declared an offense and upon
conviction the guilty person(s) shall be subject to a fine of $50 for the
first offense and not more than $250 for each and every offense thereafter.
This chapter shall become effective immediately upon enactment by the
Town Board and after proper filing, including with the Office of the Secretary
of State and the Office of the State Comptroller.
