is sufficiently set.
Wherever a sidewalk is laid and the abutting
property owner desires to construct a driveway over the same from
the street to his abutting property, he shall, before said driveway
is used, cause an apron to be constructed of a slab of concrete, of
the same consistency as the sidewalk provided for herein, and laid

water, brush and wood-float, such curb to be so constructed that at
either every five or 10 feet there shall be a joint separating one
slab entirely from the other, the joint to be made of five-ply tar
paper.
Hereafter, no gutters shall be laid except if
a curb is constructed in conjunction therewith. Such gutters shall
be constructed of cement concrete not less than six inches in thickness,
with reinforcing, the reinforcing irons to connect the curb and gutter
