The Clerk of the Town of Kent shall be elected
as provided by the Town Law and shall have such powers and duties
as are set forth in the Town Law, as amended and in force (Town Law,
§ 30).
The Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Town
of Kent may be the Town Clerk, subject to the appointment by the Town
Board under the provisions of the Public Health Law, § 4130.
His powers and duties shall be as provided by said Public Health Law.
