The Building Inspector appointed pursuant to Chapter
27 of the Code of the Town of Kent shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Such Building Inspector is charged with the duty of making inspections, examining plans and specifications and taking the necessary action with reference thereto for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
After completion of the foundation walls of
a building or structure, the owner shall have a survey made by a licensed
land surveyor, showing the true location of the foundation walls with
respect to the lot lines of the lot, and a copy of such survey shall
be filed with the Building Inspector before the continuation of construction.

A. Any application for approval of a site plan, special use permit, variance or other development activity authorized by this chapter shall be accompanied by fee(s) in an amount set by resolution of the Town Board for such application. Additional, engineering, legal and consulting review fees as set forth in Chapter
55 of the Town Code may also apply.
