The fees for applications hereunder to be paid to the Town Clerk at
the time the application is filed shall be set by resolution of the Town Board
in the Fee Schedule.[1]
Every license issued hereunder shall be signed at the direction and
in the name of the Town Clerk and shall be sealed with the Seal of the Town
of Ossining.
The Town Clerk shall keep a record of the name and address of each person
to whom an owner's license has been issued under this chapter, showing
the date and number of such license and all renewals, suspensions and revocations
thereof; and a record of each taxicab or limousine licensed hereunder, stating
the make, model, passenger seating capacity, year of manufacture, New York
State registration number and vehicle identification number thereof and the
name and address of the person owning said taxicab or limousine; and a record
of each driver's license, showing the name and address of such driver,
the number of his New York State driver's license of a proper class,
his driver's license issued hereunder and the date of issuance of such
driver's license.
