§ 32-1 Summary publication.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, on and after the effective date hereof any notice required to be published with reference to public hearing regarding the proposed adoption of any ordinance or amendment thereof by the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville or any such notice regarding the adoption of any such ordinance or amendment shall contain a summary of the proposed or enacted ordinance or amendment, and the publication of the full text thereof shall not be required.
