The Secretary for the Town of Cortlandville
Highway, Water and Sewer Departments shall have the duty and responsibility
to bill and collect all rents, rates, fees and assessments for water
and sewer in the Town of Cortlandville.
It is the intent of this Part 3 to amend or supersede the provisions of Town Law § 30, Subdivision 10-a, and Article 12-C and any and all other conflicting Town of Cortlandville laws, ordinances and resolutions. This Part 3 is intended to further the reorganization of the Water and Sewer Departments per resolutions of the Cortlandville Town Board adopted March 21, 1990.
