No person shall place, display, store or continue
or cause to be placed, displayed, stored or continued any goods, wares
or merchandise, whether for sale or display for the purposes of sale,
nearer than or closer to a distance of 40 feet in any direction from
the perimeter of any off-street parking area provided for or utilized
by patrons of such person or that may be required by any ordinance
of the Borough unless the same be in a building enclosed on all sides,
and constructed in accordance with Borough ordinances.
No person shall place, display, store or continue
or cause to be placed, displayed, stored or continued any goods, wares
or merchandise for sale or displayed for purposes of sale nearer than
or closer to a distance of 40 feet in any direction from any sidewalk,
street, highway, vehicular driveway entrance or turning area.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided herein, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided by §
1-15 of this Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
