A code declaring ragweed and poison ivy to be
a nuisance, providing for removal or abatement thereof and recovery
of expenses incurred by the Board of Health in removing or abating
such nuisance is hereby established and adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Chapter 188, P.L. 1950 (N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1 to 26:3-69.6). A copy
of said code was annexed thereto and made a part of the adopting ordinance
without the inclusion of the text thereof therein.
Said code established and adopted by this article
is described and commonly known as the "Weed Control Code of New Jersey
(1963)," and the required number of copies have been placed on file
in the office of the Board of Health.
