Signs, banners, flags or other similar decorations
advertising alcoholic beverages by any means, including but not limited
to pictures, drawings, brand names of alcoholic beverages, generic
names of types of alcoholic beverages, etc., shall be prohibited except
for signs directly affixed to the building which constitutes the licensed
premises or contained in the windows of said buildings which constitutes
the licensed premises. Included among the above prohibition shall
be signs or banners affixed to fences surrounding the building which
constitutes licensed premises or freestanding signs located on the
sidewalk or adjoining area of the building which constitutes the licensed
premises.
