The fees of licenses required by this chapter
shall be as follows:
A. Theatrical performances or moving pictures, per year:
$400.

B. Circus or menagerie:

(1) For the first day of performance: $250.
(2) For each subsequent day of performance: $150.
C. Any other kind of show or entertainment:

(1) For the first day of performance: $60.
(2) For each subsequent day of performance: $30.
(3) Maximum fee for any continuous show or entertainment
in any one year: $450.
D. Any show or entertainment of any kind, consisting
of moving pictures, for gain or reward not exceeding one show per
week, given or sponsored by a public or private school or religious
or charitable organization of the City, where such gain or reward
is to be devoted to some educational, philanthropic, religious, charitable
or similar purpose, for each day of performance: $1.

In addition to the penalty prescribed in §
203-6, any license issued under this chapter may be revoked upon proof, after due notice and hearing before the Council, that an immoral, obscene or indecent performance has been held in the building or place licensed pursuant to this chapter or that the building or place licensed constitutes a hazard to the health, safety or morals of the public or that there has been a violation of the provisions of any applicable state law or state regulation or ordinance of the City or of this chapter, including but not limited to the applicant or the site being delinquent as to any taxes, governmental charges or fees.

Any person who violates any provision of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not
exceeding $1,000, by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days
or by a period of community service for not more than 90 days, or
any combination thereof. A separate offense shall be deemed committed
on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
