[Adopted 1-19-1993 (Art. V, Ch. III, Section M, of the 1993 Code)]
Any person of the age of 21 years of age and upwards who performs or does any of the following acts either with or for a person under the age of 21 years of age contributes to the delinquency of a minor:
A. 
Sells, gives or delivers any alcoholic liquor to a person of non-age;
B. 
Sells, gives or delivers cannabis or other controlled substances to a minor;
C. 
Any owner of real property who permits, hosts or condones any assemblages of minors or other persons within the City of Crystal Lake whereby any of the following acts occur:
(1) 
Possession or consumption of alcoholic liquor by minors;
(2) 
The use or clear evidence of use of cannabis or other controlled substances;
(3) 
The illegal use of fireworks;
(4) 
Noise in violation of Chapter 358, Noise, Article II, including, but not limited to, music, loud raucous yelling, shouting and obscene or abusive language.
