Pursuant to § 3-300 of the Village
Law of New York, the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village
of Northport hereby waives the Village residency requirement for appointed
Village officials.
Persons residing within the County of Suffolk
shall be eligible to hold appointment as Village officers.
