No person shall park or allow to stand unattended
at Scudder Park any boat trailer, whether or not attached to a motor
vehicle, unless:
A. In the case of Village of Northport residents, such
person possesses and exhibits upon request of lawful authority a Village
beach sticker.
B. In the case of residents of the Town of Huntington living outside of the corporate limits of the Village of Northport, such person possesses and exhibits upon request of lawful authority a permit therefor issued by the Village Clerk, the annual charge for which shall be as set forth from time to time by resolution in Chapter
147, Fees.

C. In the case of nonresidents of the Town of Huntington, such person pays the daily charge as set forth from time to time by resolution in Chapter
147, Fees, for the privilege of so parking such trailer.

D. In the case of commercial users who are not residents of the Village of Northport, such user possesses and exhibits upon request of lawful authority a permit therefor issued by the Village Clerk, the annual charge for which shall be as set forth from time to time by resolution in Chapter
147, Fees. A nonresident shall be deemed any commercial user who does not have a regular place of business in the Village of Northport.

No boat trailer or motor vehicle with boat trailer
attached shall enter or be located at or in Steers Beach for any reason
whatsoever.

No motorcycle, bicycle or other vehicle propelled
by the hands or feet of the rider shall enter, be ridden in or be
located at or in the Village park located at the foot of Main Street;
provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to a person
who cannot walk, riding in a vehicle propelled by the hands or feet.

No person shall enter or remain upon a public
park or recreation area not owned by the Village of Northport but
which public park or public recreation area is located within the
geographic boundaries of the Village of Northport before sunrise or
after 11:00 p.m. from April 15 to October 31 or before sunrise or
after 7:00 p.m. from November 1 to April 14.

No person shall use or cause to be used the
James Street Pocket Park at the westerly terminus of James Street,
or any part thereof, for a commercial purpose or engage in any activity
thereon relating to any commercial purpose.

A. Smoking prohibited.
(1) No person shall smoke a tobacco product; herbal product; marijuana;
marijuana derivatives, electronic cigarette; pipe or cigar; vapors;
e-liquids; or other smoking devices in an outdoor playground, park,
athletic field or beach located within the lands and jurisdiction
of the Incorporated Village of Northport. This prohibition applies
to public playgrounds, parks, athletic fields and beaches and is not
intended to include private property to which the general public does
not generally have access or private areas used exclusively for private
functions. "No Smoking" signs, or the international "No Smoking" symbol,
which consists of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette
enclosed in a circle with a bar across it, or such other sign that
is reasonably calculated to give notice of the no-smoking restrictions
imposed by this section, shall be prominently posted where smoking
is regulated by this section. This prohibition is intended to include
parking lots of beaches, parks and athletic fields.

Each violation of this chapter or of any regulation,
order or rule promulgated hereunder shall be punishable by a fine
not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days,
or both such fine and imprisonment, for each offense, and each day
a violation continues shall be a separate offense. Further, the Village
may also enforce obedience to this chapter by injunction or any other
available remedy.
