The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any town or county streets or highways within the Town of Southampton is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in §§ 312-97, 312-98 and 132-99 shall be as indicated below.
