Not more than five plenary retail consumption
licenses shall be issued and outstanding at the same time in the Township
of Colts Neck.

A.
Plenary retail consumption license. The license fee
for each plenary retail consumption license issued in the Township
of Colts neck shall be $2,500.

B.
Plenary retail distribution license fee. The license
fee for each plenary retail distribution license issued in the Township
of Colts Neck shall be $2,500.

C.
Club license fee. The license fee for each club license
issued in the Township of Colts Neck shall be $188.

A violation of any provision of this article shall be punishable as provided in § 1-9 of this Code.
