The Standards for Individual Subsurface Sewage
Disposal Systems (N.J.A.C. 7:9A-1 et seq.) is hereby adopted by reference.

The following fee schedule shall be in effect
in the Township of Colts Neck:
Unless otherwise specified herein, for a violation
of any provision of this chapter, the maximum penalty, upon conviction
thereof, shall be a fine not exceeding $1,000, or imprisonment for
up to 90 days, or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days,
or any combination thereof.
