Business properties holding or required to hold a mercantile license as set forth in Chapter 152. In order to minimize false alarms and the resultant unproductive time of the Police Department personnel, there shall be a fine of $25 paid by the owner of the business located upon the premises where the alarm is situated beginning with the sixth and each subsequent false alarm thereafter in any calendar year, upon conviction in the Westampton Township Municipal Court.
