The purpose of the Single/Double-Family Residential
RT District is to designate those areas which have developed with
one- and two-family structures and to protect the areas from the intrusion
of incompatible land uses.
Permitted uses in the Single/Double-Family Residential
RT District are as follows:
Permitted accessory uses in the Single/Double-Family
Residential RT District are as follows:
A. All accessory uses permitted in the RS Residential
District.
The following special exceptions may be permitted by the Zoning Hearing Board, following review and comment by the Planning Commission, pursuant to standards and criteria as set forth in Articles
XIV and
XX herein:
A. All special uses considered in the RS Residential
District.
B. Day-care; family day-care home.

Conditional uses in the Single/Double-Family Residential RT
District are as follows:
The height of a principal building shall not
exceed 35 feet.
The following setback regulations apply to all
uses permitted within this district unless otherwise specified herein:
B. Side yards: 10 feet - both sides.
D. Interior yards (open space between principal structures): interior yards shall be provided in accordance with §
173-92 herein.
E. Where required, buffer yards/screening shall be provided in accordance with §
173-93 herein.
F. For permitted yard reductions refer to §
173-92 herein.
Off-street parking and access shall be provided in accordance with Article
XVI herein and the Bradford County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, as amended.
