§ 38-25 Persons authorized to serve.

The Director of Finance, Assistant to Town Manager or Assistant Town Manager, as designated by resolution of the Town Council, shall, in addition to other duties, serve as Purchasing Agent until such time as the Town Council shall deem a separate full-time position should be created.
