GENERAL REFERENCES

The Commissioners of the Town of Henlopen Acres, in session met, a quorum
pertaining at all times thereto, in rededicating the marina in the Town of
Henlopen Acres to the community hereby declares, in honor of Mayor Thomas
B. Lewis for his untold contributions to the Town and especially to the renovation
of the marina, that from henceforth the marina shall be known as "The Thomas
B. Lewis Marina."
A sign be placed at the marina identifying it as "The Thomas B. Lewis
Marina" of the Town of Henlopen Acres.
