The Town of Henlopen Acres Memorial Park is
hereby established in the Town of Henlopen Acres.
[Amended 1-4-1995]
The Memorial Park shall consist of that parcel
of land on the south side of Pine Reach known as Deakyne Way and lying
between Lots L-5 and M-1 and being 50 feet in length along Pine Reach
and extending 165 feet in depth southerly to the south boundary line
of the Town of Henlopen Acres and including those curved areas adjacent
to Pine Reach, all as shown on the Survey Map of Henlopen Acres revised
to November 12, 1957.[1]
