A. 
Any person who wilfully conceals or wilfully takes possession of any goods offered for sale by a wholesale or retail store or other mercantile establishment, without the knowledge or consent of the owner thereof, and with intent to convert the goods to his or her own use without paying the purchase price therefor, is guilty of shoplifting, a misdemeanor.
B. 
Any peace officer, merchant or merchant's employee who has reasonable cause for believing that a person has committed the crime of shoplifting as defined in Subsection A of this section may detain and interrogate such person in regard thereto in a reasonable manner and for a reasonable time.

Whoever steals, takes and carries, leads or drives away the personal goods or property of another is guilty of theft, a misdemeanor.

A. 
A person who, with intent to defraud, obtains services which he knows are available only for compensation, without paying for the services, is guilty of theft of services, a misdemeanor.
B. 
Any person who is convicted of theft of services may be punished as provided in § 328-41.

It is unlawful for any person not the owner or operator thereof to tamper, meddle or interfere with any vehicle, or to start or attempt to start the machinery or animal thereof, while the same is standing still, or to puncture or otherwise mutilate the tires, or to scratch, mark or otherwise deface the body or the apparatus thereof, or to take or remove from the vehicle any part or portion of the machinery, equipment or other portion thereof, or to throw, cast or hurl any stone, rock, snowball, glass or other missile at any vehicle or the occupants thereof.

Whoever maliciously or mischievously takes down, removes, interferes with, obstructs or injures any utility pole, wire or pipe, or any part thereof, or any appurtenance or apparatus connected therewith, or severs or breaks or obstructs any such utility pole, wire or pipe, or apparatus or appurtenances, and whoever maliciously or mischievously takes down, removes, interferes with, obstructs or injures the property of another, is guilty of malicious mischief, a misdemeanor.

It is unlawful for any person wilfully and maliciously to destroy, injure or deface any public or private property within the limits of the Town.

It is unlawful for any person within the corporate limits, jurisdiction or control of the Town to print, paint, mark or in any way post up any notice, card, advertising or other device upon any public or private wall, fence, tree, post, building, structure, bridge, hydrant, electric light or telephone pole, trash can, sidewalk or other property or cause the same to be done without the permission of the owner or agent thereof.
