No water shall be resold or distributed by the
recipient thereof from the system to any premises other than that
for which application was made and a meter installed, except on approval
of the governing body of the Borough of Andover in case of emergency.
If premises are to be unoccupied between November
1 and April 1, the user shall immediately notify the Water Department
so the water service can be shut off.
Simultaneously with an application for site
plan and/or subdivision approval being filed with the Borough Planning
and Zoning Board, the applicant shall notify the Water Superintendent
of the application. The Water Superintendent may report his or her
concerns regarding the potential impact of the proposed development
on the system, the ability and feasibility of the Water Department
being able to meet the requirements of the proposed development and
related issues to the Borough Planning and Zoning Board and to the
Board Engineer and Planner for consideration in connection with the
application.
