A. 
Municipal tennis courts may be accessed by presenting a current Barnegat Light preseason or seasonal beach badge. In lieu of a preseason or seasonal beach badge, a fee of $10 per hour is required. There shall be no fees for off-season use of these courts.
B. 
Barnegat Light residents and property owners may make reservations, by presenting a preseason beach badge prior to the beginning of the season, for the use of the courts for the same day of the week and the same hours of the day for the entire season. Thereafter, Barnegat Light residents and property owners may make individual session reservations no more than two weeks in advance; all others may make individual session reservations no more than one week in advance. Use of the tennis courts may be continued after the hour session if there is no one waiting to use the court; otherwise, the court must be vacated after the end of the hourly session. Reservations shall be forfeited if not used within 10 minutes of their start times.

The Borough tennis courts shall be used exclusively for the game of tennis. All other uses and activities are strictly prohibited on the Borough tennis courts. The Borough reserves the right to use the tennis courts in other ways as it sees fit.

The Borough of Barnegat Light shall establish and enforce such other rules and regulations concerning the use of municipal tennis courts as it may deem necessary and proper.

A violation of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-15. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
