The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 315-32) attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle for the times specified in Schedule II (§ 315-33) of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets or areas described in said Schedule II attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule III (§ 315-34) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule III of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
No person shall park in any space designated for handicapped parking unless there shall be affixed to the motor vehicle a designated sticker authorized to be affixed thereon, or unless said motor vehicle displays handicapped license plates issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
B. 
Restricted parking zones. A permit shall be issued by the municipality identifying the specific motor vehicle and the location wherein it is to be parked. Said permit shall be displayed prominently within the vehicle when it is parked so as to be seen from the middle of the street. Only the motor vehicle for which the permit has been issued and which has such permit properly displayed shall be permitted to be parked in the restricted parking zone indicated on such permit. The restricted parking zone shall be identified by a sign restricting the area for handicapped parking only. The following zones are established:

No person shall park in any space or area designated as a fire area or fire zone.

No person shall park or stop a vehicle in any space or area designated as an emergency vehicle exit.
