No trucks weighing in excess of 10,000 pounds' gross weight shall be permitted on the streets described in Schedule XVII (§ 315-48) attached to and made a part of this chapter.

Through traffic is hereby prohibited on the streets and parking areas as set forth in Schedule XVIII (§ 315-49) attached to and made a part of this chapter.
