Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided for the repeal
of former Ch. 14, Fire Department, adopted 7-7-1932 by Ord. No. 27.
There is hereby established in the Borough of Branchville a
Volunteer Fire Department, which shall be a properly incorporated
and not-for-profit company, shall consist of not more than 38 active
members, and shall be known as "Branchville Hose Co. No. 1."
The Fire Department hereby established shall consist of the
present members of the Volunteer Fire Department in the Borough of
Branchville, which members previously have been approved by the Council.
All new names hereafter proposed for membership of said organization
shall first be submitted to the Council for approval.
