There is hereby established in the Borough of Branchville a Volunteer Fire Department, which shall be a properly incorporated and not-for-profit company, shall consist of not more than 38 active members, and shall be known as "Branchville Hose Co. No. 1."
The Fire Department hereby established shall consist of the present members of the Volunteer Fire Department in the Borough of Branchville, which members previously have been approved by the Council. All new names hereafter proposed for membership of said organization shall first be submitted to the Council for approval.
A. 
The Fire Department so established shall elect the following line officers and administrative officers from its members:
(1) 
Line officers:
(a) 
Chief.
(b) 
Deputy Chief.
(c) 
Captain.
(d) 
Lieutenant.
(2) 
Administrative officers:
(a) 
President.
(b) 
Vice President.
(c) 
Secretary.
(d) 
Treasurer.
B. 
The Fire Department shall adopt such rules and regulations as required by law and shall make reports to the Council when requested to do so. The Fire Department will accept, in writing, the conditions and provisions of this chapter.
