Except as hereinafter provided, no construction
permit shall be issued for any structure until a site plan has been
reviewed and approved by the appropriate board, except that subdivision
or individual lot application for detached one- or two-dwelling-unit
buildings and their accessory building(s) shall not require site plan
approval.
