Said mobile home park permit shall expire on the first of the year following
the date of issuance, but may be renewed for an additional period of one year
if it can be shown that there has been substantial progress in the construction,
alteration and/or extension of said mobile home park.
No mobile home may be installed or located within such park unless it shall comply with all requirements of this chapter and the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and all of the requirements for single-lot mobile homes contained in Article
III above except lot size requirements and setbacks therein.
Each mobile home owner shall be required to enclose the bottom portion
of the mobile home with a metal, vinyl, painted pressure-treated wood or other
water-resistant material, properly ventilated, within 60 days after arrival
in the park. No skirt shall be required where a perimeter foundation (masonry
eight inches in width) fully encloses the area between the mobile home and
ground level.
The appropriate landscaping requirements for the mobile home park shall
be determined by mutual agreement between the Town Planning Board and the
applicant.
