All roadway plans submitted are subject to the written
approval of the Town Planning Board, Town Highway Superintendent,
and town's Engineer. If the road is to be dedicated to the town, final
acceptance of the road by the Town Board will be required prior to
dedication. Other approvals, in addition to those required by the
town, may be necessary. These include, but are not limited to, the
Genesee County Highway Department, Genesee County Planning Department,
New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Thruway
Authority, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation,
federal agencies as appropriate (i.e., construction through wetlands
or across protected waters, etc.), and governing regional agencies
as required. It is the applicant's responsibility to procure all approvals
required. The town shall not bear any responsibility for approvals
other than those required directly by the town.
