§ 191-66 Compliance with city regulations; capacity of system not to be exceeded.

This chapter shall not allow any action or special agreement regarding the discharge of any wastes to the Town public system that would be less stringent than the requirements of the City Sanitary Sewer Ordinance, Chapter 147 of the City of Batavia Municipal Code.

In no case will the Town or city allow waste to be discharged that would cause the Town or city to exceed its capacity in the jointly owned city/Town wastewater treatment system.
