§ 43-2
Reduction of contribution; effective date. 

The Village of Blasdell does hereby elect to come under the provisions of Chapter 339 of the Laws of 1960,

entitled "An Act To Amend the Retirement and Social Security Law, in Relation to Authorizing the Provision of Added Pension Providing for Increased Take Home Pay and Death Benefits for Officers and Employees of Participating Employers in the New York State Employees' Retirement System," as presently or hereafter amended.

The per centum of the member's compensation by which contributions shall be reduced shall be 5% and the effective date shall be the payroll beginning on the first day of June 1965.
