§ 259-35
Permission required.

§ 259-36
Investigation of request.

§ 259-37
Agreement required.

§ 259-38
Notification of town.

Individual taps outside of water districts shall not be granted unless permission has been granted by the Board of Trustees as recorded in the minutes of the meetings of the said Board prior to June 3, 1963, or where a building permit has been issued by the Town of Hamburg prior to May 29, 1963.

Each request for water service and tap will be referred to and investigated by the Village Water Committee, which will then make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees.

Upon approval of such application, the applicant must enter into an agreement to participate in the formation of a water district in the area in which its property lies whenever that area is not then included in a water district, including the signing of a petition for the formation of such a district upon request of the Water Committee.

Copies of all findings and recommendations of the Board of Trustees will be forwarded to the Town of Hamburg for the purpose of ensuring accurate billing records.
