A. 
Road abandonment of the old roadbed of Grant Shook Road (T-348).
All that land identified as "Total Area of Old Roadbed to be Abandoned through lands of John T. and Helen I. Shook, 0.120 acres or 5,232.298 sq. ft. and Total Area of Old Roadbed to be Abandoned through lands of George M. and Mary Lou Miller, 0.020 acres or 876.458 sq. ft." as shown on the Preliminary-Final Plat of a Subdivision of Lands of the Board of Supervisors of Antrim Township and Cedar Hill Cemetery Association and John T. and Helen I. Shook; prepared by Shelley and Witter Surveyors, dated January 7, 1998, and recorded in Franklin County Deed Book 288G, Page 726," is hereby vacated.
B. 
Possession and control of the abandoned roadbed shall revert to the abutting property owners in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
C. 
The old roadbed to be abandoned as shown on the aforementioned preliminary/final plat shall not be rebuilt, maintained or kept clear of snow by the Board of Supervisors of Antrim Township, and the sole responsibility for rebuilding, repairing, maintaining and removing snow from said roadbed shall be with the abutting property owners.
