[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
The following limitations shall be applied to
any use permitted in any commercial district (C-1 Highway-Commercial,
C-2 Heavy-Commercial, and C-H Historic-Commercial Districts):
A.
No lot in this district shall be allowed to deteriorate
in appearance due to weeds, erosion or accumulation of trash, debris
and outside storage.
B.
No use normally conducted indoors shall be conducted
in any open space.
C.
No offensive odors shall be permitted.
D.
No excessive glare shall be allowed.
E.
No excessive noise shall be permitted.
F.
No wholesale delivery or pickup shall be permitted
in the area between the building and the street right-of-way line.
