Each member of the Town Council and each member,
whether permanent or temporary, regular or alternate, elected to any
Board or Commission of the Town of Stratford, who has a telephone
in their residence shall, as soon as practical after their respective
election, file with the Town Clerk a telephone number at which said
official can be reached by members of the public for reasons associated
with their official duties. This telephone number shall be a public
record.
