No person shall coast on or across any public
sidewalk or street of the town except at such times and in such places
as may from time to time be designated by the Select Board.
No person shall ride a bicycle, ride or drive
a horse or any other animal or operate a motor vehicle on any public
sidewalk of the town, unless authorized by the Select Board.

A. No person shall park a motor vehicle on Route 21 from
the intersection of Route 202 for a distance of 4,415 feet and ending
at the intersection of Chauncey Walker Street and Turkey Hill Road.
B. No person shall park a motor vehicle on the westerly side
of North Main Street from the intersection of Jackson Street and North
Main Street for a distance northerly of 500 feet.

C. No person shall park a motor vehicle on Gold Street
from the intersection of Knight Street for a distance southerly of
1,800 feet.

D. No person shall park a motor vehicle on Gold Street
from the intersection of Knight Street for a distance westerly of
1,200 feet.

E. No person shall park a motor vehicle on Knight Street

feet.

F. No person
shall park a motor vehicle in front of the following properties identified
as Assessors Map 102, Lots 1, 2, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69
and 71; and Assessors Map 103, Lots 33, 35 and 37, all of which are
located at the triangle intersection of Metacomet Street and Federal
Street.

G. No person
shall park a motor vehicle on the Town-controlled portion of State
Street from Maple Street to the intersection of Route 21.

H. Starting
at State Street and going for a distance of 100 yards, limit parking

A. Equine
riders utilizing public roadways 1/2 hour prior to sunset until 1/2
hour after dawn must wear, in a conspicuous manner on chest, back,
and on said equine, a minimum of 500 square inches of reflective material.
This reflective material shall be properly displayed on both horse
and rider and visible from all four sides.
B. In addition
to any other enforcement method authorized by law, this bylaw may
be enforced by any police officer of the Town of Belchertown through
the noncriminal disposition procedure set forth in MGL c. 40, § 21D,
and the Town's Noncriminal Disposition Bylaw. If noncriminal disposition is elected, violations of the
foregoing section shall be punishable by a warning for first offense,
fine of $100 second offense, $250 third offense, and $300 for fourth
and subsequent offenses.
