Development applications shall be filed with the appropriate Board as set forth herein. However, the applicant may, and is encouraged to, meet with the Technical Coordinating Committee for informal review prior to formalizing any application. In this manner, the applicant may be advised on the Township's procedures, be advised of design problems related to the development application and avoid unnecessary engineering costs. Consequently, the applicant is encouraged to utilize the Technical Coordinating Committee to the fullest, event prior to the development of conceptual plans for the application.
