ARTICLE XI Regulations Applicable to the R-5 Zoning District to Provide Low- and Moderate-Income Housing

Off-street parking shall be provided as follows:
Dwelling unit with one bedroom or less: 1.5 spaces.
Dwelling unit with two bedrooms or more: 2.0 spaces.
Additional 10% (of that computed in paragraph a above) off-street parking shall be provided for visitors.
All common off-street parking shall be located within 300 feet of the dwelling unit served.
