Before such approval is given, a public hearing shall be held by the Planning Board.
The Planning Board of the Village of Piermont is authorized, simultaneously with the approval of a plat or plats pursuant to the Village Law, to modify applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance[1] subject to the conditions of § 7-738 of the Village Law and such other reasonable conditions as the Board of Trustees may in its discretion add thereto.
